Christmas can result in over-eating, over-drinking and over-indulgence. This can leave you feeling a little more sluggish, unhealthy or guilty. Personally, I have found that it’s nice to over-indulge occasionally, especially when you are with your family. The secret to avoiding guilt and being overweight is to add balance to your life.
