The Day I Was Talked Out of Jumping off London Bridge

Posted In Categories Uncategorized

Mental health has always been a topic close to my heart.

After reading a few updates and realising that it’s been mental health week I went for a walk and reflected on an incident that happened to me over 25 years ago.

I had not thought to mention it until now but I’m glad I had the opportunity to thank the person who almost certainly saved my life that night.

To all of the unsung superstars out there pointing people in a better direction: Thank you x

  1. Adam, so glad that person shouted down to you.
The world is a richer place with you in it.
Your knowledge, your professionalism & your kindness & authenticity.
I remember you joining in our ‘Restoration’ course in Greece I was running & you made such significant contributions.
    Thank you for sharing.

    1. Thanks Gill,
      Your kind comments are appreciated.
The restoration course was a fabulous experience. I learned a lot from you there.
Youth can be dangerous. Sometimes we need some serendipitous intervention. I have always been lucky with that.
I trust all is well with you,
      Adam
