Adam’s Easter Tip – Nature and The Easter Bunny!
Since Easter is upon us and it’s an opportunity to spend time with your family and possibly even indulge in a little extra food, especially chocolate, then there is some potential for overindulgence. This is ok as long as it doesn’t become a daily routine. Lets face it: anything less than being nailed to a cross is a bonus during this period so go easy on yourself if you are not as healthy as you could be. Personally, Easter or not, I like to get out and get active. This is my investment in me.
By placing my wellbeing in high regard I have more energy to give to the people who I love.
Today you find me on one of my favourite Easter walks, in St Albans. While I was out it dawned on me that not only is the Active Energy System a perfectly natural method but being able to really connect with nature is one of the most powerful things that you can do for your own health and wellbeing.
So, why not use this Easter to balance any over indulgence with a walk in nature and use that time to connect and energise yourself. Not only will you start reducing your calorie count but you can get more energy and less stress by connecting with nature. If you do happen to run into the Easter Bunny then you have yourself a nice bonus to an already rewarding activity.
